Cancellation Policy
o If you are, for any reason, not happy with your booking for online session on Talking Couch, we will cheerfully entertain your refund request received not later than 24 hours of your session date and time, if any.
o We develop and cater our services every day to lots of satisfied customers, and our support is second to none. To request a refund, simply mail us your request on info@thepsycholingo.com with your booking details not later than 24 hours before your online session on Talking Couch. When the cancellation request lies in good time at least before 24 hours of the commencement of the Online session, The Psycholingo reimburses 70% of the amount paid for the single session and reserves the right to keep 30% of the amount as the booking fee. Please include your Order Number (informed to you while placing order) and optionally tell us the reason why you’re requesting a refund –
we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
o No requests for refunds will be entertained made after 24 hours of your booking.
o The reimbursement will be initiated as soon as possible in the same bank account from which the transaction was made. To track your reimbursement amount, kindly drop an email to info@thepsycholingo.com or contact us using our contact forms on the website or you may also use chat support facility linked to our business WhatsApp for quick
redressal.
Refund Policy
oTaxes deducted once will not be refunded back in any case.
o Refund requests will be processed and managed on case to case basis and the decision to refund will be made in the absolute discretion of The Psycholingo.
o If agreed by The Psycholingo, refund will be processed and will be credited back to the original credit/debit card or bank account as per the timeframe of respective Bank which is usually between 7 days (for VISA/MASTER) and 15 days (for AMEX) as per their rules. The Psycholingo does not have any control on the processing or timelines prescribed by the bank and is not responsible for any such issues.
o The Psycholingo will not refund the payment for Online Courses bought and once the payment has been made to The Psycholingo and the process has been initiated. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered on Psycholingo Consultants (Payments initiated for freelance Business consulting and corporate training projects).
o In the case of unauthorised payments / payment rejected / transaction marked as high-risk / stolen or fraud cards / chargeback or refund, either written or verbal to the bank /credit card company / payment gateway, The Psycholingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services with immediate effect, either temporarily or permanently,
partial or completely and no further services or support or responses will be provided to the client untill the disputed subject matter is resolved.
o Incase any member defames The Psycholingo on public forum / blogs / public domains & websites / Social Media sites, same will be considered as acting against The Psycholingo and hence the member / client order ID will be blocked in the system with immediate effect and no further request of any sort/value will further ever be entertained by The Psycholingo till he / she removes the post. The Psycholingo will also have the right to take a legal action / file a case against such people / clients participating in such activities.
